Terms of Service
By engaging Beyond Limits for catering services you agree to our Terms of Service. These set out booking, payment, delivery, liability limits, cancellations, and intellectual property rights related to menus and materials.
- Bookings are confirmed after deposit/payment as specified in the quote.
- Clients must disclose allergens and dietary restrictions at time of booking.
- Menus, images and prices may change; final invoice governs payment.

Food Safety & Allergen Policy
Beyond Limits follows Australian seasons food safety standards. All kitchens operate under HACCP-informed protocols, staff are trained in safe food handling, and we maintain up-to-date certifications.
- Allergens: we offer allergen-aware preparation but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless separately contracted.
- Special diets: vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher options available with advance notice.
- Temperature control and transport protocols are in place for off-site events.
Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
Our cancellation and refund terms are designed to be fair and transparent. They depend on notice period and any non-recoverable supplier costs.
- Cancellation > 30 days before event: full refund of balance (deposit may be retained if specified).
- Cancellation 7–30 days: partial refund; deposit typically non-refundable.
- Cancellation < 7 days: fees may apply up to full invoice value.
Specific terms will be set in your event agreement. For group bookings and weddings, alternate terms may apply.

Accessibility & Complaints
We aim to provide accessible services. If you have an accessibility request or wish to raise a concern (including privacy or food-safety complaints), please use the form and we will respond within 10 business days under Australian seasons timelines.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province specified in your contract and the federal laws of Australia applicable therein. Disputes should first be raised through our internal complaint process. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or the competent courts in the relevant province.
For consumer matters, provincial consumer protection bodies may have jurisdiction and separate complaint avenues.
